How the money moves

FAQ

• What does Taskly charge?

  A 5% fee on completed tasks. Posting a task and applying are free.

• How does payment work?

  The poster funds the task budget from their Taskly balance. It's held until they approve the delivery, then it moves to the tasker. Top-ups and withdrawals are confirmed manually by an admin.

• What size of work fits here?

  Tasks measured in hours and days — not months of full-time employment.

• What if something goes wrong?

  Either side can open a dispute from the workspace. Held funds stay held while an admin reviews the messages and what was actually delivered.

• Do I need Discord?

  Yes — Taskly signs in with Discord only. Picking your skills also assigns your roles in the Taskly server, which is how matching task alerts reach you.
