By using Taskly.bio you accept these terms. They describe exactly how the platform actually works.
1.What Taskly is
Taskly.bio is an intermediary that connects people who need a task done (Posters) with people who can do it (Taskers). We do not perform the work and we are not a party to the working agreement.
The agreement to do the work is between the Poster and the Tasker. Taskly holds funds and adjudicates disputes.
2.Accounts
Sign-in is via Discord only. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account.
Multiple accounts for one person, impersonation, and false information are prohibited and may result in suspension.
3.Posting tasks
Tasks must be specific, lawful and actually deliverable.
Illegal services, requests for credentials, advance-fee patterns and adult content are automatically flagged for human review.
Taskly may remove any task that breaches these terms.
4.Payments and fees
Taskly charges 5% on completed tasks. Posting and applying are free.
A Poster funds the task budget from their Taskly balance. That amount is held until they approve the delivery.
On approval, the fee is deducted and the remainder moves to the Tasker's balance.
Balance top-ups and withdrawals are currently reviewed and confirmed manually by an administrator.
5.Off-platform deals
Arranging work or moving payment outside Taskly is discouraged. Such transactions carry no payment protection and no dispute service.
6.Disputes
Either side may open a dispute from the workspace. Held funds remain held while a dispute is open.
An administrator decides based on the messages, what was actually delivered, and the task requirements. That decision is final.
7.Reviews
Reviews can only be left after a task has genuinely been completed.
Fabricated reviews, review-trading and coercion are grounds for suspension.
8.Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome.
Taskly's liability in relation to any task is limited to the fee we received for it.
9.Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top is updated when they do. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The operating entity's legal name, address, contact details and governing jurisdiction are not yet filled in here. Have this reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.
